In 35 jaar tijd is Thuis & Partners Advocaten uitgegroeid tot het grootste advocatenkantoor in Parkstad Limburg en één van de drie grootste advocatenkantoren in Limburg. Wij zijn vaste juridisch adviseur van vele (middel)grote ondernemingen, instellingen en overheden. Met name in Zuid-Limburg maar ook ver daarbuiten.

International cooperation
In the Euroregion
Parkstad Limburg is in the centre of the Meuse-Rhine Euroregion, which is a cross-border region that connects Aachen, Hasselt, Heerlen, Liège and Maastricht. Significant economic activities have been carried on in this region since Roman times, all of them with an increasingly cross-border character. Dutch companies often open branches in Aachen, Hasselt or Liège and vice versa; Belgian employees work for Dutch companies; Dutch nationals live in Belgium, etc.
Thuis & Partners keeps abreast of these developments and contributes to finding solutions for bridging the still-substantial differences between the legal systems of the three countries in the Euroregion. It is for this reason that Thuis & Partners is a co-founder of the European economic partnership Lex-Euregio, an intensely active collaboration with law firms in Aachen, Hasselt en Liège comprising a total of some 80 lawyers, a partnership that is far and away the largest in the Euroregion.

Cross-border legal transactions are increasing on a global level as well. That is why Thuis & Partners is a member of the International Practice Group (IPG), which enables lawyers and accountants from important economic centres around the world to work together. This provides our clients with rapid and effective access to worldwide legal advice.
