Karina Lemmens is a labour law specialist. Virtually all of her clients are employers, and she advises and represents them on such issues as dismissals, sick leave and reintegration, employee representation, collective labour agreements [cao’s], directors appointed pursuant to articles of association, reorganisations and restructurings, employment terms and conditions, working conditions and accidents on the job, as well as other issues relating to labour law. Ms Lemmens has also focused her practice on civil-service law and the special legal status of those working in the field of education.
Ms Lemmens is a member of the Labour Law Association in the sub-districts of Maastricht and Roermond and is the secretary/treasurer of the Maastricht Bar Association. She is also a member of the Dutch Association of Labour Law Lawyers [Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland].

Emile Savelkoul specialises in labour law.
